Hot stone massage is not just about getting hot stones on your back and leaving them there while the therapist walks away.
The entire massage involves long and fluid strokes with increased heat and most importantly the pressure is determined by you.
So don't think this massage can only be about about gentle stone movement.
Each massage is individualised to the persons needs so if you need lighter gentle pressure or harder more intense pressure that's Ok.

I highly recommend Angela. She was lovely and very professional. When I explained where I was experiencing pain, she knew exactly what the problem was and I walked away after the massage so much looser. She even recommended some different stretches to do to help stay loose. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you Angela
