Hot stone massage is not just about getting hot stones on your back and leaving them there while the therapist walks away.
The entire massage involves long and fluid strokes with increased heat and most importantly the pressure is determined by you.
So don't think this massage can only be about about gentle stone movement.
Each massage is individualised to the persons needs so if you need lighter gentle pressure or harder more intense pressure that's Ok.

did 1/2 hour treatment and feel a lot more relaxed, as i was a bit tight in my upper back. Would definitely recommend Angela for a massage. Loved the heated massage table.
